We had an absolutely wonderful time staying in this beautiful home. We had three couples and younger kids through college age so to be able to separate them on two different floors that were well equipped for all ages made it so relaxing. The home is set up to have young kids upstairs with parents while the older kids or couples can hang downstairs and have their own hang out space with couches, tv and hottub deck. The main living room is large enough you can all gather and the game area off the kitchen was a hit for my card players. Very comfortable furniture and beds were so cozy I could lay and read for hours. All in all I recommend this beautiful spacious home for a fun relaxing vacation.

We had such a wonderful stay! The home was incredibly spacious, with plenty of bedrooms and room for everyone to spread out while still having great spaces to gather together. The location was also a huge plus. Being so close to the river made it easy to enjoy everything we love about Sunriver and really added to the overall experience. What impressed equally, though, was how thoughtfully the home was set up for guests. They truly seemed to think of everything. Everything was organized and labeled, which made settling in and finding what we needed so easy. The kitchen was also very well stocked, and there were plenty of little conveniences throughout the house that made it feel like the owners had really thought about what guests might need during their stay. Between the amount of space, multiple bedrooms, proximity to the river, great Sunriver location, and all the extra amenities, this was an excellent home for our group. We really appreciated the attention to detail and would absolutely recommend it to others looking for a comfortable, well equipped place to stay in Sunriver.

This house was perfect for our large group - 4 couples and a few kids! The location is perfect, right near the river trail. Has everything you need to be comfortable, espresso maker in the kitchen, hot tub, large dining and family room. Very clean indoor and outdoor. Highly recommend! We will happily be back!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this Sunriver home! It is perfectly situated for a large group and truly feels like a home away from home. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered—from the incredibly well-stocked kitchen and comfortable gathering spaces to all the little amenities that make traveling with a group so easy. The home is exceptionally organized, beautifully cared for, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. We especially loved the location, with easy access to Sunriver’s beautiful river paths and all the outdoor beauty the area has to offer. It’s rare to find a home that accommodates a large group so comfortably while still feeling warm, inviting, and personal. You can tell this home has been thoughtfully loved and prepared for guests. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for families or groups looking for the perfect Sunriver getaway!

I stayed here with 8 guys for a guys weekend. This house has everything we were looking for and more! Awesome hot tub area, plenty of beds and bed rooms, huge kitchen, bbq, bunk beds for kids. Everything was clean, spacious and comfortable. Lots of activities for kids. Strollers, kids plates, board games, Xbox, this place had it all. We were so surprised as how much stuff was there for activities. I also loved the EV charger in the garage. If you are looking for a place to stay in sunriver this is it. Looking forward to coming back here with my family knowing how much they have to keeps the kids entertained!

We absolutely loved our stay at this home in Sunriver! The house was even more spacious and beautiful than the photos made it look, and there were thoughtful special touches throughout that made it feel so welcoming. Everything we could have needed was already there when we arrived, which made settling in with our large group so easy. We had young children, teenagers, and adults, and everyone was comfortable and happy in the home. It truly is a wonderful setup for a big family or larger group. The location was fantastic, especially being so close to the river with such easy access. We loved being able to walk right from the home to the river and enjoy the area without having to get in the car. We also rode bikes from the house to the Village and enjoyed riding the nearby bike paths. There was plenty of space to spread out and enjoy ourselves both inside and around the home. This was such a special place to celebrate my birthday, and we would absolutely stay here again. If you’re looking for a beautiful, spacious, well-equipped home for a large family or group in Sunriver, we highly recommend this one!

We had an amazing week staying at this beautiful Sunriver home! The house was incredibly clean, spacious, and had plenty of room for our large group to spread out and enjoy our time together. We used the kitchen and BBQ almost every day, played lots of board games with the kids, and loved relaxing in the hot tub. The location was perfect—right across the street from the river and bike path, so we were able to ride bikes all over, take the kids fishing, and enjoy floating down the river. Overall, we had such a great time and made so many wonderful memories. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and perfectly located place to stay in Sunriver!

This house is so perfect. It had everything and more that was needed for relaxing and being out and about. Super clean, comfy beds with the most comfortable bedding, games and more. We can’t wait to visit again!

We stayed at this beautiful house with friends for our annual kayaking trip. Weather and smoke from fires had us stuck inside for more than we normally would have been but it was a great place to be. We cooked, played games, rode bikes, and played pickleball. This place was clean, well stocked, and has a great hot tub. We're going back in a few weeks with our adult kids and grandkids. Can't wait!!

This home is truly luxury, comfort, and genuinely the best of Sunriver. It accommodated our extended family beautifully. The bidets were a luxurious touch in a spacious master bath. The kitchen was more than well-stocked with new dishes, glassware, cookware, and cutlery…and oversized fridge, two dishwashers, and two ovens. The home sits near the deer crossing and a large buck often relaxes under the kitchen window next to the deck overlooking the river. This home was a magical place for our family!!

I stayed here with a group of friends with kids and we had the most amazing time, there was more than enough room, multiple living room areas to hangout, two separate patio areas, and an amazing couch that fit our entire group with room the spare! It was extremely clean and comfortable, we can’t wait to go back!!! 

Perfect place and location for a quick getaway with friends and family. House was super clean and cozy excited to come back!

We had a wonderful time here! Everything was very clean and well stocked. Spacious living area, plenty of bedrooms, right near the river, and more. We will definitely be back!

This place is massive. Way more space than the listing suggests. The bedrooms are huge and it honestly felt like it could sleep 20 without anyone feeling piled in. The views are the best part. Super treehouse-like, but still close to everything. Perfect for a big group!
