With a private entrance separate from the main home, this 866 sq. ft. attached 1 bedroom residence comes with a King bed in the bedroom, and the main living quarters has a queen bed and a Queen-sized pull-out couch, full bathroom and an outdoor patio with views of the surrounding Ponderosa Forest. Make yourself at home with a kitchenette equipped with all the essentials, dining room table for two with two extra chairs, flat-screen TV, and high-end touches throughout. The studio includes one designated parking spot in the driveway. Overflow parking can be found at the Lake House parking lot, just a few minutes away.
-This property provides 2 guest ID cards for access to Caldera amenities. Each card permits entry for 2 guests, with children 5 and under excluded from the guest count.
