Welcome to the recently remodeled 12 Sequoia – a unique two-story home with a reverse living design, offering a distinctive arrangement with bedrooms on the lower floor and the main living, dining, and kitchen areas on the upper level. This layout ensures a restful vacation, allowing guests to enjoy an extra hour of sleep in the comfort of this thoughtfully designed Sunriver retreat.
Upon entering, guests are greeted by a stylish and inviting atmosphere characterized by light and bright spaces. The soaring ceilings, adorned with warm gold tongue and groove planks, coupled with oversized windows, seamlessly bring the outdoors inside. The upper floor features an open living area with a gas fireplace, a flat-screen television, and a spacious sectional couch. For those working or studying remotely, a dedicated desk area is provided. The expansive windows offer picturesque views of the surrounding trees and clear blue skies.
The well-equipped kitchen on the upper floor is a haven for aspiring chefs, providing everything needed to prepare gourmet meals. Multiple decks enhance the outdoor experience, offering opportunities for barbecues, al fresco dining, morning coffees, and evening star gazing.
Descending to the lower level, guests discover a charming reading nook, specially designed for small children. This level also houses a convenient laundry room and a newly remodeled hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The master bedroom, situated at the end of the hall, features a comfortable king bed, a vanity area, a large TV, and a private deck accessed through a slider. The ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower adds a touch of luxury to the master suite.
Continuing the tour, two additional bedrooms await. The second room boasts a king bed, TV, and spacious closet, offering a serene space for a restful night's sleep. The final bedroom, often designated as the kids' room, accommodates young travelers with a set of twin bunk beds, a TV, and ample play space. For the convenience of families with infants and toddlers, a portable crib and a booster seat are provided, eliminating the need for bulky items during the trip.
With its prime location near SHARC and the Village, guests are spoiled for choice with a variety of activities to enjoy throughout their stay. Whether relaxing indoors or exploring the surrounding attractions, 12 Sequoia promises a comfortable and memorable Sunriver vacation experience.
