A seamless blend of nature with effortless luxury, this two-level, 2,125 sq. ft. residence can sleep up to 8 guests with its 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own full ensuite bath.
Thoughtful interiors embrace modern Pacific Northwest design and bring the outdoors in with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide natural light and showcase the Ponderosa pines surrounding the home. You’ll find an expansive great room with a gas fireplace for entertaining, a dining area and open chef’s kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and high-end finishes. Two patios offer extensive outdoor living space, with a dining area and a full-size hot tub overlooking protected woodlands.

Very friendly staff
by Genesis GregorioWe enjoyed walking around the Caldera Springs area; my children rode their scooters, visited the playground as well as the lakes/ponds surrounding the forest trail. The entire staff was incredibly friendly! We booked the stay for my daughter\'s birthday; having visited Sunriver several times before, she specifically asked to celebrate her birthday at Forestbrook Houses. A special thank you to Noel at Lake House/Piney's—who shares my daughter's name—for making the day so special and even taking a photo with her. The female staff at the Piney's bar were amazing! I took the "Movement and Mimosa" yoga class, and Wow! it was wonderful! The instructor was fantastic, and the host—I think his name was Justin—was great, too. I bought coffee and a bite to eat in the mornings at Shore Shack, the lady host was extremely friendly.
