Make yourself at home with a kitchenette equipped with all the essentials, dining room table for two with two extra chairs, a separate living area with an electric fireplace, flat-screen TV and pull-out sofa for additional guests, and high-end touches throughout. The studio includes one designated parking spot in the driveway. Overflow parking can be found at the Lake House parking lot, just a few minutes away. Forestbrook homes are located just moments from exclusive amenities, including the Lake House and Quarry Pool, Caldera Links golf course, community parks, tennis and pickleball courts, and an abundance of lakes, streams and trails.
-This property provides 2 guest ID cards for access to Caldera amenities. Each card permits entry for 2 guests, with children 5 and under excluded from the guest count.
$100 Fee for any lost cards
Caldera Springs is a growing community and there are a number of new homes under construction. Daily working hours for all construction sites are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM PT and Saturday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST. Construction is prohibited on Sundays.

Cute!

We enjoyed staying here. Well appointed. Easy to get to the new pool complex. A few things were lacking - the stove top never worked. There were not enough hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. No place to lock up bikes outside and no access to the garage on attached unit for our bikes. Really wish there was some access to laundry facilities. We are a family of 4 - our kids brought camping cots to sleep on rather than use the pull out and that worked great for us, plenty of floor space for the cots and allowed full use of the sofa. The biggest bummer is not allowing a dog. We hate leaving our golden retriever and that is probably why we wouldn’t rent this unit again. Also a little inconvenient that each pool pass has to be shared by two guests. Each guest should get their own so we all have our freedom to visit whichever complex whenever. Forest House is great, but Quarry Pool is run down and dirty, the towels had stains and holes and pool was cloudy. We watched a kid get out of the hot tub and pee right on a bush and then get back in the hot tub. Lastly, it’s very disappointing that amenities that used to be complimentary at Caldera Springs (golf and paddle board / canoe rentals at Obsidian) now cost. We were willing to pay the extra high Caldera prices because of the added perks, but the perks are dwindling.
