Make yourself at home with a kitchenette equipped with all the essentials and a dining table that seats up to four; a separate living area with an electric fireplace, flat-screen TV and twin sized day bed for additional guests, and high-end touches throughout. This studio includes one designated parking spot in the driveway. Overflow parking can be found at the Lake House parking lot, just a few minutes away. Forestbrook homes are located just moments from exclusive amenities, including the Lake House and Quarry Pool, Caldera Links golf course, community parks, tennis and pickleball courts, and an abundance of lakes, streams and trails.
The studio is connected to the main residence but offers its own private retreat and can be enjoyed on its own or rented alongside the main home for larger groups traveling together.
