Thoughtful interiors embrace modern Pacific Northwest design and bring the outdoors in with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide natural light and showcase the Ponderosa pines surrounding the home. You’ll find an expansive great room with a gas fireplace for entertaining, a dining area and open chef’s kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and high-end finishes. Two patios offer extensive outdoor living space, with a dining area and a full-size hot tub overlooking protected woodlands.
Part of Caldera Springs’ adventure-filled expansion, Forestbrook vacation homes are just moments from exclusive amenities, including the Lake House and Quarry Pool, Caldera Links golf course, community parks, tennis and pickleball courts, and an abundance of lakes, streams and trails.

-This property provides 4 guest ID cards for access to Caldera amenities. Each card permits entry for 2 guests, with children 5 and under excluded from the guest count.
$100 Fee for any lost cards
Caldera Springs is a growing community and there are a number of new homes under construction. Daily working hours for all construction sites are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM PT and Saturday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST. Construction is prohibited on Sundays.
