• A large living room featuring 25' high ceilings, a large flat screen TV, and gas fireplace for the perfect blend of cozy and convenient
• A roomy primary king suite with a TV, gas fireplace, private entry to hot tub, attached bathroom with a walk-in tile shower, large soaking tub and oversized walk-in closet
• A second king suite in located downstairs with a TV, and a luxurious attached bathroom
• A third downstairs king suite with a TV, and luxurious attached bathroom
• A spacious upstairs bedroom with a queen bed and a sitting area
• Upstairs built-in bunk room with a tv, and two pyramid bunk beds- Sleeps up to six people

Caldera Springs is a growing community and there are a number of new homes under construction. Daily working hours for all construction sites are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM PT and Saturday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST. Construction is prohibited on Sundays.

Stunning Home, Over the Top Amenities!

Stayed here with our family over New Years and was very impressed with all the amenities and details. Perfect for skiing (amazing storage in mud room with boot dryers) and so much for our kids to enjoy; garage games, videos games, and more. Caldera Springs has it all! Will rent from this owner again!!

Beautiful home in a great location

This home was absolutely amazing and truly has everything you need to enjoy your vacation in Sunriver! It is a short drive to Mt Bachelor where we enjoyed some great skiing and after our full day of skiing it was great to hit the hot tub. The kids loved the garage set up with ping pong and darts. I loved the gourmet kitchen which had everything you need to make great meals! We also enjoyed amenities the resort had to offer such as the gym and duckpin bowling. It was such a memorable vacation, we will be back.
