I have nothing but positive things to say about this beautiful home and its surroundings. From the moment we entered, we felt welcomed by the open floor plan in the home, the vaulted ceilings, the comfortable and attractive furnishings, the well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms, and of course, the expansive windows that give you a view to the serenity of nature all around the home.  

We thoroughly enjoyed entertainment in the television living area but also enjoyed a second living area that is suffused with natural light--perfect for chatting with family, reading, napping and relaxation. 

As cozy as it is to be inside the home, you will also want to go outside and enjoy the incredible deck area which includes separate areas for grilling and for lounging in a large well-designed area with couches and tables made for enjoying sunrise, sunsets, and skies full of twinkling stars. This is a place to breathe deeply and let all your cares go, and you might even see a friendly deer walk in peaceful greetings! 

Our time at 1 Dixie Mountain is undoubtedly one of the highlights of our family’s getaways, and you can be sure we keep it on our short list of homes we love to visit when it is time to unplug in total comfort, surrounded by the unique and unforgettable beauty of Sunriver.
