Centrally located with quick access to 40+ miles of bike paths, tennis courts, Village shopping, the North Store, and Fort Rock Park, this spacious home features an open-concept main living area that is warm and inviting with comfortable seating for all, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, and large windows that bring in natural light and enhances the indoor-outdoor flow that defines the home. The fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area and living space, making it easy to cook, eat, and spend time together.

• Bonus Media Room: Complete with a large 50” TV and direct access to the private hot tub, provides flexible gathering space for movie nights or kids’ retreats apart from the main living area.
• Secluded Two-Tier Deck: Thoughtfully designed for year-round enjoyment, 22 Hickory offers a top deck featuring covered and uncovered seating, with steps leading down to the lower deck.

The sleeping layout is designed for both comfort and flexibility:
• Two Primary King Suites: Ideal for couples traveling together, offers privacy and space.
• Third Jack-and-Jill bunk Room: Offers fun and comfortable sleeping for 4+ kids, with a jack-and-jill bathroom connecting to the bonus media room.
• A Queen Pull-Out Sofa: Located in the lower bonus/media room, the pull out sofa offers additional sleeping space.
