As you step into this exquisite home, you are greeted by a spacious great room adorned with a large smart TV and plush seating, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploration. The chef's kitchen, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and stylish touches, beckons culinary enthusiasts to create memorable meals. Gather around the dining room table that comfortably seats 10, with additional seating at the kitchen island for 4 more guests. Step outside on the upstairs deck to discover the BBQ area, dining space with views of the Sunriver meadow.
The master bedroom suite boasts breathtaking views, a cozy gas fireplace, and a luxurious bathroom featuring a large soaking tub and heated floors. Two additional master suites, each with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, ensure privacy and comfort for all guests. The fourth bedroom upstairs, offers a queen bed with it's own private ensuite.
For active guests, the hangar doubles as an indoor pickleball court and is packed with entertainment options, including a ping pong table, dart board, air hockey, foosball, and a basketball hoop game—guaranteeing fun for all ages! Inside, a bonus room awaits, complete with a wet bar, pool table, and a cozy lounge area and a smart TV. This space seamlessly flows into the downstairs outdoor area, where you can unwind by the gas fireplace, soak in the private hot tub, or catch up on your favorite shows on the outdoor TV.
