Nestled near the 4th Fairway of the Woodlands golf course, this amazing two-story home underwent a complete renovation in 2021. Guests can enjoy peaceful views of the golf course from the expansive great room, dining area, kitchen and bedroom suites upstairs and down.

This perfect Sunriver getaway home has 2,899 sq. ft. of living space, 4 bedrooms plus a bonus bunk room and 4.5 bathrooms making this a cozy spot for up to 12 people. Inside you will find a beautiful large great room living space with a vaulted wood ceiling, tasteful and comfortable furnishings, large flat screen TV and a gas burning fireplace.

Two beautiful master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are located on the main floor while upstairs you will find an additional suite with a queen bed and en suite bathroom, and a fourth bedroom with a queen bed and a guest bathroom just a few steps down the hall. All sleeping areas have new flat screen TVs and wireless internet for streaming your favorite movies or shows. A spiral staircase in the main downstairs master allows access to a sleeping loft with two bunk beds, tv and space to read, play games or hang out.

The same master suite has a king size bed, walk-in closet, spacious new bathroom with dual sink vanity, soaker tub and lots of natural light as well as easy access to a new paver patio and hot tub area.
The second king suite on the main level has private access to the back deck and golf course views, a beautiful attached bath, with shower dual vanity. A lovely half bath/powder room next to the newly updated laundry room is another welcomed addition to the main level.


The totally new well stocked gourmet kitchen has granite counters, new KitchenAid stainless steel appliances that include double ovens, warming drawer, 5 burner gas cooktop and microwave.
The dining area table seats 8 with additional seating at the bar. It also has a wet bar and beverage refrigerator to chill your favorite wine or drinks.

Outside there are wonderful views of the golf course, a brand new hot tub, a barbeque, outdoor dining table that seats 8 on the deck and a comfortable seating area on the paver patio perfect for gathering and enjoying the warm summer weather

Beautiful Home

Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home! We loved the deck, the fabulous kitchen and the spacious seating area. The kids were thrilled with the spiral staircase and the bunks beds. Our group ranged in ages from 0-70 and everyone had fun, from hiking Benham Falls, swimming at The Cove, biking the trails and golfing. We hope to return next year!

Fabulous Property

The 31 Winners Circle property is fabulous! As a group of 8 adults and 2 small children, we found the accommodations perfect. We loved spending time in the living room and catching up around the dining room table. The bedrooms were beautiful and comfortable. We cooked most of the time and found the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals for a large group. The golf course view from the back is peaceful. We would definitely stay again.
