It was a beautiful cozy home. We left some clothes in the closet and everyone was very friendly and helpful in the prompt return of the clothing. Excited to return!

Wow...One of the most amazing homes we have ever rented, in a beautiful neighborhood. This is a warm, beautifully decorated, and huge home with all the extra amenities such as an expansive kitchen and living space, hot tub, easy access to Mt. Bachelor with beautiful furnishings. Our family of 12 (including adult children and 3 grandchildren including a 2 year old) enjoyed the ping pong table, hot tub, and the extra puzzles and games. Wonderful outdoor space and nearby trails. The attached bathrooms, heated tile floors, added to the comfort. So nice to have a spacious laundry room off the garage for all the ski clothing and gear. The upstairs laundry was also useful with a large group. The kitchen was so easy to prepare a large Christmas meal with several cooks in the kitchen! The layout of the home was practical, expansive and comforting with 2 master bedrooms on separate sides of the kitchen / living area. The upstairs was perfect with the 3 bedrooms for the grandkids and family members. I would just suggest adding a top sheet to the bunk beds and access to extra towels in all the bathrooms. We will be sure to rent this home again as it was perfect for a large family complete with lots of bikes and sleds for either winter for summer fun. The Caldera Springs area is very close to Sunriver but has a more peaceful setting since homes are spaced further apart with a gorgeous meadow and trails to the ponds scattered in the Caldera Spring neighborhood. We had the best Christmas holiday in this spacious home. Wonderful family memories in this beautiful home!

Quick weekend getaway with family. We really enjoyed the hot tub, the outdoor area including the fire pit and barbecue. It was nice having multiple master suites, so nobody would fight over the best room, all of the rooms were spectacular. In the future, We would love to stay at this property again

This was our first time staying in the beautiful neighborhood of Caldera Springs. What a beautiful house and lovely neighborhood. The Quarry pool and Lake house are wonderful in addition to the bike and walking trails throughout the neighborhood. The house was more beautiful in person. We were happy to have a fully stocked kitchen. Everything was clean and tidy. We will definitely plan to stay here again.

Great house and plenty of space for a large family or group of friends. The homeowners were extremely helpful and responsive through the entire stay. We would recommend the home to anyone looking to stay in Caldera! Our stay was just perfect!

Amazing house! We loved our stay at this house. Lots of room for our family. We had Thanksgiving here and will definitely stay here again next time. The house is well set up and has beautiful finishes!

This property is located in a wonderful gated community. My family and I spent Christmas Eve here and could have not asked for a better experienced. This home is equipped with anything you could possibly need! We were able to make tamales and pozole here with no issues of missing equipment. My family enjoyed a bike ride around the lake with the bikes provided and enjoyed the wonderful scenery. We will definitely try to come again during the summer.

Great location and house for families

This location is very well appointed and laid out. We have had an amazing and comfortable stay. The host is responsive on any needs and requests as well. We have stayed all over this area and this property takes the cake. You would not be disappointed here!

Great place for a family gathering!

Great house... very open layout with huge kitchen and three master bedrooms. Parking can be a little tight with multiple cars.

Visited Sunriver for the weekend with our children. Everyone loved this house, especially the open floorplan, ping pong table, and hot tub. Very nice neighborhood and the house is well maintained.

This home was great. Large enough to easily accommodate 2 families, well-stocked with everything you need, plus a huge kitchen that allowed for multiple people to prep/cook simultaneously. Dinesh was a fantastic host, very responsive and amenable. We will be back.

Beautiful house, great amenities, had a lovely stay

This house is a great place for a large group to be comfortable. The house was clean, well-stocked, easy to use, and very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and the surrounding forest and trails were peaceful and beautiful. Everything worked properly and was as described. A very special weekend for our group and I look forward to staying again to continue to fun memories! Thank you!

We loved 99% of our stay. Lots of room for all of us (9 people) including a comfy seating area by the fireplace, an amazing kitchen with everything needed for cooking, and our favorite part was the extended table that made it easy to get everyone in on games, laughs and some delicious meals! Our one suggestion would be to turn the heat on for guests before they arrive as the house was a chilly 53 degrees when we arrived.

Rented this house for our annual family trip to Sunriver. Everything went great, house was just as described in the listing. Driveway was plowed, house was cleaned, everything was fully functional, house was cozy. 5 stars!

This was perfect for our week of fun in the sun - six adults enjoyed plenty of space, many delicious meals together in the well-appointed kitchen, and several soaks in the hot tub as well. The home is beautifully maintained, and was perfect for our group. The surround sound system was especially fun for our soundtrack for the week. We'll be back!
