Inside this luxurious executive home, you’ll find spacious kitchen, living, and dining areas with vaulted ceilings, warm wood accents, and high-end finishes throughout. Additional features of this beautiful home include:
• A chef’s dream kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials for home-cooked meals
• A generous dining area with seating for large gatherings
• An inviting living room with a large flat-screen TV and gas fireplace for the perfect blend of cozy and convenient
• Four main-level king suites, each with a private full bathroom and TV
• A main-level den with a king bed and access to a shared full bathroom
• An upstairs bedroom with a king bed and shared full bathroom
• An upstairs bunkroom/bonus space with built-in bunks (two queen beds on the bottom, two twins above) and a fold-out queen couch in the sitting area
• Every sleeping room, plus the living room and garage, includes a large flat-screen TV—nine total throughout the home
• Spacious outdoor patio featuring a built-in BBQ, fire pit, hot tub, and multiple seating areas perfect for gathering and relaxing
• A game-filled garage with a ping-pong table, foosball table, Big Shot II Double Shootout basketball game, and a big-screen TV
This property provides 7 guest ID cards for access to Caldera Springs amenities. Each card permits entry for 2 guests, with children 5 and under excluded from the guest count.
There is a $100 fee for lost cards.
Caldera Springs is a growing community and there are a number of new homes under construction. Daily working hours for all construction sites are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM PT and Saturday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST. Construction is prohibited on Sunday
