• A living room with vaulted ceilings, featuring a large gas fireplace, comfortable furnishings and flat screen TV with DVD player for the perfect blend of cozy and convenient
• A roomy master suite on the main level with direct access to the hot tub and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in tile shower and bathtub
• A second downstairs king suite with TV and attached bathroom
• A third downstairs king bedroom upstairs, with a TV and access to full bathroom
• Upstairs has an additional King bedroom, with a large flat screen tv, pool table, sitting area, and full a bathroom
• Large three car garage with up to four cars able to park in garage
-This property provides 5 guest ID cards for access to Caldera amenities. Each card permits entry for 2 guests, with children 5 and under excluded from the guest count.
Caldera Springs is a growing community and there are a number of new homes under construction. Daily working hours for all construction sites are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM PT and Saturday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST. Construction is prohibited on Sundays.
