• A large formal dining room that seats 10, and an additional 8 seats at the kitchen counter
• A roomy living area featuring a large flat-screen TV and a gas fireplace for the perfect combination of cozy and convenient
• A spacious primary king suite with a TV, gas fireplace, and an attached bathroom with a walk-in tile shower
• A second downstairs king suite with a TV and a luxurious attached bathroom
• A third downstairs suite with a king bed, TV and attached bathroom
• A fourth downstairs bedroom with a queen bed, and a TV
• An upstairs bonus room with a large TV, and a shuffleboard table

Caldera Springs is a growing community and there are a number of new homes under construction. Daily working hours for all construction sites are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM PT and Saturday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST. Construction is prohibited on Sundays.
