A large formal dining room that seats 10, an informal dining area for 8, and an additional 4 seats at the kitchen counter
A roomy living area featuring a large flat-screen TV and a gas fireplace for the perfect combination of cozy and convenient
A spacious primary king suite with a TV, gas fireplace, and an attached bathroom with a walk-in tile shower and a soaking tub
A second downstairs king suite with a TV and a luxurious attached bathroom
A third downstairs suite with 2 queen beds, a TV, and an attached bathroom

Note: Caldera Springs is a growing community with several new homes under construction. Construction hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM PT and Saturdays from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST. Construction is prohibited on Sundays
