Cabin in the Woods!

Saying this is a cabin makes it sound small…but it is not! It’s large but still manages to be cozy with all the ambiance of a mountain lodge but all the modern conveniences of a modern home. Everything you need to know…turning on the TV, heating and all the lighting (labeled on each switch) is there. The bedrooms are cozy, with TVs and continue the pine lodge furniture. It’s a great location to make trips to places like Bend and Sisters. The owners have provided everything you need to ‘move in’ and be ready to relax and enjoy! I would return anytime I was back in that area.

Oh so COMFY!!

Oh my gosh...My friend and I stayed at 5 Pine Bough Lane for 4 days. It was AWESOME! The house is spotless and the owners have thought of everything you could possibly need - from a huge, fully stocked kitchen (including an electric tea kettle which was important to us!) to soft, cozy throw blankets on the sofas and chairs to the detailed instructions on how to use EVERYTHING! We really appreciated that as I\'ve done many vacation rentals/Airbnb where I couldn\'t figure out how to turn something on - TV\'s!! - or find the right light switches, etc. The gas fireplace/stove was wonderful and there is a heating unit in every bedroom and common space that really heat the whole house (it was 23° when we were there). The beds were soooooo comfortable and cozy and the bedrooms are quite big. The pine log decor, framed posters, and prints are so tasteful and fun...kudos to the owners for having great taste! There is so much space for kids and adults, truly a great house for a family but it was actually heaven for just the 2 of us, too, to have so much room. Added bonus...a charger in the garage for my plug in hybrid car!! I totally recommend this house for your Sunriver getaway!!
