One of the most heavenly properties we have stayed at! Sitting out on the deck looking out at the river — it doesn’t get better than that! We had a wonderful stay, loved the amount of space, it was a perfect haven for three families! There is lots to do and even when the air quality wasn’t great (the house has air conditioning). We were very comfortable in the house and the kids had a blast playing in the garage and exploring the space. Great kitchen with plenty of amenities. We can’t wait to come back!

We loved the location with the view of the river, the foosball, air hockey games were a big hit with our kids. We also loved the open/spaciousness of the home. We all had plenty of room--3 couples and 4 children ages 11, 8, 7, and 4. There were also plenty of kitchen supplies including plastic plates, bowls and glasses. We also enjoyed the hot tub, the hammock and the easy access from the highway. It was further away from the main village but we could bike there easily. We didn't use it but there was an extra refrigerator/freezer in the garage to store extra drinks, etc. We bought most of our food from Costco in Bend which was about 30 min away so we had big portions of everything! We would love to stay here again!

Second visit and can’t wait to return. The owners have amazing taste, the house is loaded with gorgeous mid-century furniture and funky art. It’s a mix of original fixtures and thoughtful updates so generally creates an eclectic vibe that’s super charming & cozy. Right on the river, gorgeous quiet lot. An absolute delight.

When we travel, the "location, location, location" is really meaningful, and Longwater didn't disappoint. The home itself is incredible - great spacious layout for everyone with multiple seating areas (if you want to be away from things there are perfect spots to cozy up with a good book). The riverfront setting is perfect for walks along the river's edge or just looking out the countless windows that let in amazing let and gorgeous river views! For a rental, it was extremely well stocked with all the cookware, utensils, etc., etc. - it was like being at home! There is a GREAT local grocery store about 5 minutes away for picking up anything you need. The hot tub was CLEAN and I'll have to mention it again - it had a fantastic view of the river and all the wild birds floating/flying by - so peaceful. This is one of those rare rentals where my family felt so grateful that someone was willing to share this piece of paradise. This is a must return to property - summer or winter you are guaranteed an amazing setting, spectacular home, and a private peaceful retreat that will be have you booking your next stay before you leave (we did)!

This is our third stay at Longwater and we hope to keep returning for many years to come. It’s perfect for an extended family because of its great separation of space and spacious common areas. The new hot tub is fabulous-so peaceful looking out at the river and trees as you soak. VERY comfortable beds and nice linens.

This beautiful custom home is incredible. Stunning river views from walls of windows or the 2-level deck outside. We found the king beds comfortable, abundant seating for a dozen or more people inside and out, 2 refrigerators and a well-equipped, large kitchen. There are board games, books and puzzles on hand, a foosball table and air hockey. Start your smartwatch exercise function before you play ping pong! We had lots of laughs making use of these things. It was a bit cold to try the kayaks or bikes, we spent most of our time relaxing or exploring.

The area has miles of pleasant walking on both paved paths and unpaved trails along the river with abundant docile wildlife to observe. This was our first time to the Sunriver area but we'll surely return and will definitely stay here again.

Longwater is where artful, elegant design and all the comforts of home meld seamlessly together. Our stay was comfortable but luxurious. The kitchen was equipped with everything to make delicious meals which our large party enjoyed on the deck while watching the birds and river roll by. The garage games foosball, ping pong and air hockey kept us laughing at night. The beds are comfy- even the adults who slept in a bunk bed were comfortable- and there are especially nice pillows. I saved the best for last- having morning tea in one of the tandem lounge chairs looking out at the river. There is something for everyone here- and good separation so even large groups will find it easy to have privacy and separation. Definitely coming back!

We have vacationed in Sunriver for 21 years and this is nicest home we have ever rented. We loved the light, the views, the space. Seems like this is a new rental (or new owners/ or both) as there were no reviews when we rented which made me hesitate. So glad I went for it. The owners have done an amazing job decorating, and I especially enjoyed curling up in the lovely corner chair with a book. You will immediately know which chair I am talking about as soon as you walk upstairs.

The kitchen is large enough for you and your sous chefs to run about. The spacious second living room (downstairs) was perfect for 2 generations vacationing together. And the game room (garage) was fun for the entire family with a new air hockey champ every night. The crown jewel however is the upper deck with the river stretched out front of you. We have rented other riverfront abodes, but not had this amazing stretch in front of us. Mosquitoes were not bad in April; a citronella candle was enough in the evenings. But if you are renting in July, you will probably need to dig out the deet. WIFI worked well for those in our party who sadly had to take a few WFH zoom calls during the week. The bikes were not in great shape so we just opted to rent.

In summary, I would rent again in a heartbeat.
